What Are Your Opening Times?

Our Opening Hours are:

 Monday - 08.00 - 17.00

Tuesday 08.00 - 17.00

Wednesday - Closed

Thursday 08.00 - 17.00

Friday 08.00 - 17.00

Saturday 08.00 - 17.00

Sunday - Closed

For orders outside our regular working hours please get in touch. 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards and bacs payments.

What Is The Food Supplied On?

We supply all our food on award winning platters that are made from 100% recycled plastic and are reusable and fully recyclable.

​

For items that are not appropriate for platters, they will be served in recyclable containers or dishes.

​

Our wooden display items are available to hire upon request and availability.

A refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking.

​

Do You Serve The Food?

We provide the food only, should you require the food to be served, a charge of £15.00 p/h will be charged for each staff member and will need to be agreed at the time of booking.

Do I Need To Pay A Deposit?

For all event orders a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

The remaining balance will be required 14 days prior to the event. An invoice will be sent by via email.

For corporate functions, an invoice will be issued at the time of booking and payment terms are 14 days.

Do You Have Minimum Headcount?

Minimum headcount is only required for party/event buffet packages, ranging from 

a minimum of 10 people depending on the package chosen.

Can I Create My Own Buffet Package?

Absolutely! You can swap items from any existing package or create your own bespoke package. 

Additional charges may be incurred for swapped items.

Please get in touch and we will do all we can to accommodate.

Do You Have Insurance and a Food Hygiene Rating?

Yes, we are fully insured and hold certificates in Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene, Allergy Awareness and Special Diets & Nutrition.

Our food hygiene rating is 4 can be found on the LCC website.

Do You Cater For People With Allergies?

We do our best to cater for people with certain dietary requirements. All our online menus include vegetarian & gluten-free options.

All our creations are produced in a kitchen that may contain traces of nuts and other allergens.

​

Please contact us before placing an order.

Allergen information is available upon request and all our platters are labelled with allergens on delivery. 

Do You Have Minimum Charge?

Yes, our minimum order charge is £9.99.

Do You Set Up And Clear Away?

All our cold buffets are supplied on lidded platters and delivered to the required location only. Should you require a set up and clear up service, this will need to be agreed at the time of booking and will incur an additional charge.

How Much Notice Do You Require?

24 hours minimum is required on our online ordering page.

For events, as much notice as possible please.
